STUDIO GRENELLE

DEEP WITHIN A PARISIAN MANSION, A STUDIO THAT IS EXCEPTIONAL IN MANY WAYS.

Owner : Confidential
Project Manager : Red House Acoustics
General Contractor: CreVaDan Design
Area: 40 m² Location: Paris 7th arrondissement

For this project, Red House Acoustics set up a studio on the second basement level of a townhouse in a historic neighborhood of Paris.

The design brief was twofold: to create a space that would serve both as a rehearsal room for a rock band and as a place for socializing and parties.

To achieve this, we designed a modular, illuminated stretch ceiling that coordinates with the lighting on the surrounding shelves. This lighting allows the space to embrace the venue’s hybrid nature, shifting from a cozy atmosphere to a more dynamic one.

Furthermore, the high-end, custom-integrated audiovisual equipment meets these same requirements. It allows the space to transition from a rehearsal setup, with pre-wiring for instruments, to that of a true performance venue, complete with dedicated, adjustable lighting, a bar area, a television, and more.

A new challenge successfully tackled by the Red House Acoustics team, in collaboration with CreVaDan Design.

The little extra : the built-in mini-kitchen, designed to maximize the space’s versatility.
